- If you are requesting a refund you need to give us 48 hours’ prior notice to your booking (online bookings only). All you need to do is send your booking confirmation to us through Live Chat or email at guestsupport@junkyardgolfclub.co.uk and our Guest Experience team will gladly help you out.
- If you let us know that you can no longer make it but can only give us 24 hours' notice or less then we will gladly move your booking to a new date when you're able to attend. Chat to us on live chat and let us know the date and time you would like to move your booking to. You can check our availability on our website under the "BOOK NOW" button. Please note that we can only move your booking once, and this will also be to an Off-Peak day so please try to stick to the rearrangements. You have 30 days from your original booking date to rebook in with us and this can be a date up to 3 months in advance.
- If you have a group booking you would need to contact the sales and bookings directly to discuss your options.
